Meet Our Team

Rachelle     Riley

I first opened Care4kids Childcare's doors in 2014 due to popular demand from my childminding buisness which I had been doing since 2003. I started at home having a few children then we very quickly grew and with a bathroom flooding and a need for childcare in the local village it was time to expand to the Pavilion in Charing. I have six children three boys, Callum, Jamie and Jenson and three girls Iysha, Bobbi and Frankie. All my children have been through my settings, with the younger four  currently still attending the Nursery and After School Club, which they even want to attend on the days when I am home as they love the team so much. I am very proud to have such a passinate team in my Nursery, Breakfast and After School Club.

Donna       Millen

Hi I'm Donna, I have been working with children for 10 years it is my passion to watch and help them to grow and develop into the little individuals. I am Montessori trained, I finished my BA hons in Early Years Degree in July 2015, I am always keen to keep up to date with current training to further  and extend my knowledge. I joined Care4kids in January 2015 and havent looked back since. The care and attention each individual child receives is amazing with such a fun friendly environment to work in. All the parents/carers are lovely and Rachelle's vision is perfect, she is such a great person to work for. We have a highly skilled team that work well together and are fully supportive of the Ethos which makes being Care4kids manager very rewarding.

Our evryday helpers

we help select the resources we play with and what trips and adventures we would like each day.

Hiya I’m Jess,

the minute I left school I knew I wanted to study childcare so went on to complete 2 years at college and am now a fully qualified level 3 Early Years Practitioner. I started work with Care4kids childcare in June 2016, I work with all ages within the nursery and have bonds with all my key children.I am also lucky to work with the after school children where our friendships are strong and secure allowing the children to feel they can confide in me, as well as play games and have fun with. I am here to help parents/carers and children with any concerns or advice.

Louise Hawkins

Level 3- Early Years Practitioner

I joined Care4kids two years ago, I have two children and my youngest currently attends our setting and enjoys it very much. As a parent I  know how hard it can be to leave our children, however it gives me great pride to say I belong to such a loving caring dedicated team which look after my daughter. I have worked in childcare for about 7 years now and I really enjoy seeing how the children grow, develop and achieve their mile stones each in their own individual ways knowing I always do my best to help them along their journey.

Michelle         Gunner

Nursery cook

I have worked for Care4kids for 4 years. I enjoy working in the kitchen providing the children with healthy nutritious meals. I like cooking with the children helping them develop their cooking skills and learning about the food they eat, as its nice for them to discover new foods and flavours. Its a very rewarding job especially when the children tell me my food is delious and there are lots of empty plates.
